Night out in the cold

We went to Logan the other night to have dinner and hang out with my brother and his family....then we went to a pumpkin walk with the kids...it was really, really cold but less crowded than normal! Ruby is living her dream...she loves Cinderella- probably cuz it's the only disney movie she's really watched -plus she's seen it 102 times.

I would have more pictures but the battery died on my camera, it's like when your cell phone drops a call....so annoying.....

This was a trip to "great grandmas" in Lehi, ...... Liam with his cousin Courtney. Tiff (my sis) and I drove out to see Gma and show her the babies.

Liam is most calm and serene when he is in his daddy's arms and listening to his voice...what am I? chop liver? with the milk supply?

This is our very small yard , course it looks bigger with Ruby the midget standing in it.

Again, calm and sereneRuby's getting good at changing "chelle-bears" (the bear that her aunt Michelle gave her) diaper....if only she'd understand that she is a "big girl" now and if she's old enough to CHANGE diapers she certainly old enough not to wear them herself, right? no, she's still not potty trained , I gave up for a time...any suggestions?GOING.....................................GOING.............................................GONE....................................................

Ruby and Liam

Now she finally has somebody "real" that can fit in her doll stroller...we don't actually let her push him around ...literally and figuratively.......

the older generations sure know how to do it! my mom made liam and courtney (his cousin) blankets, she's made alot of those over the years!!!! too many grandkids if ya ask me...but thats not stopping us.

FALL

fall is absolutely the Best time of year , sorry for all you summer lovers.. but fall (especially in Utah) beats all other seasons! I love everything about it....harvest, football, school starting, crisp air, sweaters and jackets, pumpkin patches, warm pie's , the begining of the holiday season, changing leaves, it makes me soooo happy...........

Liam's Early Arrival

well.... he came!!!.... a whole 4 weeks early and totally unexpected!
Liam was born on sept. 7th at 1:02 pm, weighing in at 5 lbs. 14 oz.

my water broke at 5:00 am and there were no indications that I was close to delivering, what a shock.....especially since Ruby came TEN days late

and even then they had to start me....

Liam's cousin Courtney (born 1 week prior) came to visit him in the hospital...he was probably jealous when she took off to earth that he couldn't wait another month to get here

um...can you say.....MARTY..........i swear no kids will ever look like me

Marty and my mom made signs to welcome us back....


Liam is doing well though, he had some jaundice issues, but they are now resolved after spending some days in the 'fake n bake' bed




labor was tons easier than the first time, thank goodness, and Ruby is coping well and has learned to accept and love her 'baby brother' (the first day she totally ignored him)....

WE SURE DO LOVE OUR NEW ADDITION!!
